I created this site to document my various projects and research so the info might be helpful to others. I’ve also included some high-level work history, since there is some overlap.
Two things I am passionate about are problem solving and creating sustaining systems. I think both can be distilled down to three basic things: “Doing math”, “breaking stuff”, and “taking notes”.
- “Doing math” refers to the initial research, analysis, and planning of how to solve a problem or implement a system.
- “Breaking stuff” means building and testing, identifying problems as quickly as possible. It also describes executing the plan or deploying the system.
- “Taking notes” means documenting findings – building the knowledge base and informing the next iteration of the design or system.
The site’s name, “Infinite Iteration”, refers to looping through this cycle forever, always improving the design or refining the system.
